In the Senate, Kent Conrad of South Dakota, called one of the acts passed under the Obamacare umbrella “a Ponzi scheme of the first order.” Click Here to read about The “Community Living Assistance Services and Supports” or CLASS which Senator Conrad was referring to. However, unlike Charles Ponzi pictured below, Obamacare will have power to force every taxpayer to be part of the scheme instead of just a few who chose to risk their money with a swindler.
